More Aspects of the game- This is a pretty good article. It'd be good if you could click on the pictures for a larger view, but I guess it's still good and worth while to read.

Early, EARLY Press Release-This seems so old! They still refer to the game as "Shenmue," like "this 'Shenmue' should take the market by storm." I guess it's worth reading. Go ahead.

QTE- a small explination of what QTE is. Read this, I guess- it's sorta good.

Aspects of the game-really good article about how the game uses weather effects, and time effects (really awesome-must read) in Shenmue. Read this.

Collectibles (just more on merchandising) - small, but good, just like the first in a lot of ways.

Merchandise-Some of the Shenmue merchandise you'll find. Worth reading- considering it's small.

Shenmue VMS Game- A really, really short statement on this "News Shorts" section of Sega Net states that a VMS game for Shenmue is coming, and it's gonna be free.

Chapters- Article about how Shenmue will be split up into chapters. Seems sort of rumor-ish because of the "48" thing. Go ahead and read it; it's tiny.

Personal oppinion- (no, not mine.) A personal oppinion of the whole Shenmue... thing. It's very interesting, and thought provoking. It really blows you away, and you should definately read this one.

Pricing-Each chapter of Shenmue is $25. If you want the official word, go ahead and read it. It's a "news short."

Music CD- Yu Suzuki promotes his latest CD (by the way: I wonder how the DC CD holds 150 tracks of music, plus a crapload of groundbreaking graphics and gameplay, but a regular music CD can only hold about 18 tracks of music and nothing else...)

Modem usage- a very small news short that tells you modems are used in the 2nd chapter

Delayed- Pretty good article. Tells you that Japan's Shenmue is delayed, and what Sega is doing with the game now.

Open to the public- Shenmue demos will be open to the public subway stations in Japan.

QTE and quest mode info- Sort of a news short if you ask me, but it has a little info on how you can move around the cities, and small details on QTE.

Chapter 2- It says, basically, that it's coming out next summer (2000).

DC price drop- very good news. Read it.

#$@#, this game is big in Japan- It's kind of funny to see how far Sega will go to promote this game- WHICH IS GOOD- don't get me wrong. But, dang, that's a lot of promotion.

**Release Details- A very small article on the release details for Japan. Don't ask me how much Yen=$ is, but it'll be $25 for the USA.**

Demo disk- Some info on the demo disk of Shenmue. Some pretty cool crap, that is. Brand new info, too- so check it out. (+ a few screens for ya)

Shenmue's chapters- An article about how many chapters Shenmue has. "Watch out for this groundbreaking title." Duh. We all knew that, right?

Shenmue History- A very in-depth and impressive look at Shenmue's history.

Shenmue Commercial- info & pics from a commercial.

Very weird beta game- Read this if you have spare time. Not entirely importnat, but sort of funny.

Passing of time- A very eensie weensie article saying how time passes. I always thought 1 hour= 1 hour, I guess they changed it, or I was wrong. Read here.

Small details- Small details that just make you think: "God, this game is awesome" again. It doesn't say it on the article, rather the main page of the source, that the game is based in the 80's. You knew that already, didn't you? I did.

What is Shenmue video- an article with some pics on the What is Shenmue video.

GD # down to 3- The number of GDs for Chapter 1 has been cut from 4 to 3 in order to keep the great price. I originally had the idea of it being 3, but, oh well. That means it's almost 2X as big as FF7, being 3 CDs (650MB). Shenmue=3 GDs (1000MB) for all you Square lovers ;).

Juke Boxes? That's detail.- This is weird. You can play actual music in this game. For 100 Yen (in the game). Read- it's a pretty good article.

Launch confirmations- Read it- it's important (It's about the Japanese ver. though). AND.. 6800 YEN is $63.70 (US), or 38.92 English Pounds for all ma Brit buddies ;).

Little goodies- Little goodies Yu Suzuki incorporated (and the article's actually quite big.) in this game- read it; it's worth it.

How many GD's now?? ;)- Read the article to find out. If I posted a 1 sentence description, it would tell you, but, hey, it's an update. :)

Sega Web Strikes Again- With great game show coverage on Shenmue. Check this one out- plenty of pretty pictures. :)

News & Media history- Everything Sega Web's got on this game, all organized-like. Although impressive... I have updates from all the big wig sites.. that's only Sega Web.. ;) I'm just kidding. It's a great feature, check it out.

Virtual pet- A small detail has surfaced: you can find and raise a virtual pet in Shenmue.. wow.
