Starting 1-1-2000, Sega's Shenmue 3 events competitions now goes underway. Each contestant will be rate in 3 categories. The overall total of all 3 event ratings will then be place in a Ranking list . The 3 events are ..

1) The number of times you finished Shenmue. ( at least 1 time is required)

2) The *fastest* time of finishing Shemnue from start to end. ( Time can not be more than 100 hours)

3) Shenmue passport network ranking list Placement ( This is refering to the rank list on those mini arcade game within Shenmue) You will get a rating value from each event. The 3 scores than gets add together. The overall ranking list will range from 1 to 1000. There will also be other records on this ranking board. (eg, the fastest shenmue player , the one who finished shenmue the most .. etc etc ) As long as you do not delete Shenmue saves on VMU, everything will be logged as you play.
